Tian Ning, Founder &Chairman of the B of D, Panshi Group, CEO. He graduated from the College of Animal Science, Zhejiang University in 2000 with a bachelor's degree. In 1999 he founded Panshi computer network co., LTD during his third year of university, one of the first university student enterprises in China. Tian Ning is an entrepreneurial model and a respectable young business leader in China: In 2010,he won the outstanding contribution of Chinese e-commerce characters. In 2012, he was awarded "Global Young Leaders" by the World Economic Forum (WEF).
