Collective fighting:

Share and shoulder together, persist in collective fighting of the team.

- Adhere to collective fighting of a team but not of the individual. Common people do ordinary things and share & shoulder together.

-Integrate into the team, share business knowledge and experience, give our colleagues necessary help, be willing to accept the help of colleagues. Sharing and help must be selfless.
